Agile Development Process

At MTI Technology, we practiced Agile with Scrum framework. The purposes are to ensure product quality, reduce costs and deliver quickly. Following Scrum framework, MTI proceeded projects in Iterations (Sprints) to make sure that after each Sprint, a form of working software is delivered to customers. We did this by following series of Scrum Events:

Daily Scrum Meeting: Sharing the current progress and challenges in team every day to head towards the sprint goal on time

Sprint Planning & PBL Refinement: Clearing define requirements and making sure the whole team and customers are all cohesive

Development Process: Conducting continuous integrations, daily & automation testing to maximize the quality of products

Sprint Review & Sprint Retro: Reviewing on the product and team performance to improve the overall quality

MTI Engineering Practices

For maximizing the quality, reducing costs and deliver time, MTI Technology also implemented three engineering practices such as pair programming, TDD (Test-driven development) and CI ( continuous Integration).

Pair Programming
Pair Programming

MTI Developers utilize pair programming practices to minimize human errors, share knowledge and lessen coding time.

TDD (Test-Driven Development)
TDD (Test-Driven Development)

Many teams apply TDD to write code that is easier to maintain and modify, thus ready to respond to change.

Continuous Integration
Continuous Integration

At MTI Technology, we constantly integrate our updated code and easily add new features without interrupting the plan.
